We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Lead
As a Cybersecurity Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for driving compliance within the cybersecurity domain at WirelessCar for our internal functions and all our customer programs. You will also on daily basis have close collaboration with the Corporate Compliance Manager and Privacy Manager.

You will become part of the central Cybersecurity team (around 10 people) and your manager is your CISO. You will drive the core activities of assuring that the organization is resilient to cyber threats and has capabilities in place to act if needed. Work will be including:

- Ownership of Cybersecurity compliance strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the Cybersecurity compliance program including adherence to standards.
- Enhance the process for legal and standard Cybersecurity compliance watch in relevant markets and assess and translate new requirements from our owner, our customers, and standards
- Lead the Cybersecurity Internal audit program across all functions and customer programs aligned with the corporate internal Audit program
- Support in supply chain audits process development and its execution.
- Support the business in responding to customer Cybersecurity audits and assessments.

Who are you

We believe you are an expert in one or more Cybersecurity areas and like to contribute to increasing the overall security posture of WirelessCar. A person who likes to work independently and who thrives on interactions and the ability to add value to the teams supporting our customer deliveries.

We believe that you bring

- Broad understanding of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and VDA-ISA.
- Experience in program management and process development
- Experience in conducting Audits
- Understanding of Cybersecurity controls, methods, and tools

Way of working
At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. The work location is in the Gothenburg region and this employment is just for work set-up in Sweden. Our company language is English so please write your application in English
