The Cybersecurity Officer is responsible for the implementation of, execution of and compliance with the requirements set by Corporate Cybersecurity. This responsibility includes driving Cybersecurity in Nordic Regional Companies.

What part will you play?

In the role you will provide tactical guidance and operational support to Country CEO, the management teams and other business stakeholders in the Nordic countries in relation to cybersecurity matters, working in close cooperation with other Siemens Cybersecurity officers and departments.

Furthermore, you will promote security awareness and deliver security concepts with effective security measures to support adequate protection of business-critical business and IT assets as well as to provide transparency of cybersecurity risks and to manage all cybersecurity topics within following area of responsibility:

• Derive Cybersecurity strategy and define implementation of strategy.

• Support and advise the organization with respect to any topics related to Cybersecurity.

• Support and implement holistic view on Cybersecurity within the area of responsibility.

• Advise business in Nordic countries in their activities related to Cybersecurity.

• Clarify Cybersecurity services quality and demand.

• Steer and maintain community collaboration and best practice sharing.

• Advise on and act as interface between strategic and operational risk management.

• Guide Cybersecurity Governance implementation and drive process improvement accordingly.

• Represent respective organization for Cybersecurity topics internally and externally.

• Coordinate incident & vulnerability handling (incl. holding statement) activities and processes.

• Support overarching (IT, OT, PSS) Cybersecurity communities' knowledge sharing with participation and contribution.

What you need to make real what matters 

• More than 5 years of Cybersecurity experience in IT, in OT, or in Product and Solution Security.

• Experience with functional leadership in matrix organizations.

• Excellent communication skills (eye-level communication with Top-Management).

• Academic background in Computer Science or Business Information Technology, ideally with a focus on Cybersecurity.

• Knowledge of ISO270001, IEC 62443.

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or similar certification.

• Strong knowledge and awareness of region-specific cyber threats and risks.

• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English.
