We are looking for Cybersecurity Risk Manager
You will become part of the central Cybersecurity team (around 5 people) and report to the CISO, which drives the core activities of assuring that the organization is resilient to cyber threats and has capabilities in place to act if needed
The Cybersecurity Risk Manager is responsible to drive Risk Management within the Cybersecurity domain at WirelessCar both for our internal functions and towards all our customer programs. Work will be including:
- Responsibility to drive, improve and govern our ways of working in regards to Cybersecurity Risk Management and Business Continuity Management
- Supporting and coaching internal functions and customer programs in planning and conducting risk assessments
- Following up on the overall company's risk management performance, monitoring and treatment of risks
- Understand new standards and integrate into ways of working and support security architects

Who are you?
We are primarily looking for a great mind and personality to join WirelessCar and the Cybersecurity domain. We believe you are an expert in one or more Cybersecurity areas and like to contribute to increase the overall security posture of WirelessCar. A person who likes to work independently and who thrives on interactions and the ability to add value to the teams supporting our customer deliveries.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and detail oriented
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Fluent English, in both oral and writing
Needed Competence
- Risk management experience (Process, methods, documentation, mitigation)
- Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning experience
- Broad understanding of security standards e.g. ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, UNR155
- Knowledge of security architecture, DevSecOps, SDLC and Agile methodologies

At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. The preferred work location for this position is Gothenburg, but to be able to find the right profile, we see a possibility for a Remote work set-up in all of Sweden.
