The Cytiva Tech Lounge is a site-based ‘walk up’ service for associates to receive support for their IT services or devices. It is a complimentary service to the remote global IT OPS support. Technicians at the Cytiva Tech Lounge will provide support to the site location focusing on customer service & prompt incident ticket resolution.
What you’ll do
Act as IT concierge service to provide associates skilled troubleshooting for all their open IT issues including client, mobility, wireless, printing, etc.
Provide support to remote associates where necessary
Maintain/resolve all open incidents/tasks within ticket queue in a timely manner.
Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services and IT security and compliance are being met.
Anticipate, identify and resolve problems, applying knowledge in complex, difficult or stressful situations.
Communicate, orally and in writing, technical information to audiences at all levels of the organization.
Manage onsite inventory of PCs and mobile devices



Who you are;
Have experience in critical IT operations support environments with support knowledge of client technologies, e.g. Windows, O365, telecom, printing, AD, etc.
Effective problem identification and solution skills
High level of energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and external customers
Have excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, with the ability to quickly build credibility with our associates
Have strong listening skills
Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems
Fluent in both Swedish & English
