We are looking for an D2C Content Specialist to strengthen our Planning and Channel Content team.
As a D2C Content Specialist you will be responsible for the planning, alignment, creation and activation of marketing content material across our D2C channels. The role includes setting up the annual plan with the Online Sales Managers and markets coordinating and aligning different needs and requirements.
You will also lead testing to optimize messaging and content. Monitor and secure the quality in execution done by internal creatives and external agencies to drive growth and revenue in the D2C E-Commerce channel. Act as a change agent within Marketing and the D2C Ecom team and wider organization towards the digital route to market and analytical data driven way of working.
You will work in a dynamic environment requiring both long-term planning skills as well as short-term actionability.
The ability to work efficiently, accurately, and be self-motivated are expected. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly. The ideal candidate is constantly pushing boundaries through timely execution and new ways of optimizing towards an exceptional consumer experience.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm city where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof.
The role is part of the greater Global Content team which is responsible for content creation across the world.
Key operational responsibilities
· With D2C Online Sales Manager, develop and execute campaigns according to plan in order meet sales targets for all D2C channels
· Project manage all steps of the campaign content creation, ensuring creative assets are effective from both an SEO and campaign perspective
· Support Online Sales Manager to determine the range of campaign products based on campaign theme and marketing plans
· Monitor and optimize content for all D2C multichannel campaigns
· Measure performance of D2C marketing campaign content and assess against goals, ROI and KPIs, making recommendations for future campaigns
· Optimize the product experience in the D2C channels
· Making sure that our marketing content creation is following the requirements from D2C
· Support with content creation enabling A/B testing
· Secure optimal copywriting, graphic designs and product images
· Brief retouching and post-production of images and editing of videos to match D2C needs
· Proactively identify challenges in workflow or process and use critical thinking to provide potential solutions
About YOU
You are a proven collaborator, pragmatic, detail focused and structured; you have a problem-solving mindset, with positive attitude and ability to work independently. Most importantly, you are a creative thinker passionate about marketing, consumers, and brands! You are also required of:
· Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, Management or Web
· Min 3-4 years' experience of D2C/e-commerce/performance marketing with focus on content management/performance
· Experience in briefing marketing content for ecommerce/D2C
· Professional verbal and written English
