YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the new role as D2C Marketing manager, you will be driving and coordinating our D2C conversion marketing activities in Northern Europe. You will be responsible for our Market plan execution and implementation, coordinating between internal marketing departments and external agencies. You will work in close collaboration with our D2C Price and Assortments manager and marketing functions. Your responsibility will cover all our product groups and end consumer channels throughout our region. This encompasses:
• Develop marketing activation plan together with D2C Price and product manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Create and continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive future business decisions and pivot marketing plans, channels, campaigns and activities to meet business objectives and increase ROI.
• Ensure consequent, marketing communication with high quality according to brand tone of voice and guidelines throughout all D2C conversion marketing.
• Design, lead and implement projects to enhance customer engagement.

YOUR PROFILE
Background & skills
• Solid experience in Digital marketing strategy e.g. Conversion marketing, Marketing automation, Retention, Social media and SEA. Bonus if you have a background in conversion optimization and SEO.
• Extensive background in analyzing traffic, marketing- and sales performance in relevant tools (Adobe/Google analytics, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the success-critical processes for D2C business, across functions such as marketing, sales & consumer care.
• Passion to build and develop the business along the consumer journey with digital solutions.
• Internal and external stakeholder management (cross departments, agencies, consultants)
• Relevant university degree.
Personality
• A collaborative team player, enjoying to connect with people of various background and jointly work on a sustainable implementation of what is best for the company and user.
• Experience from and thriving in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams.
• Hands on approach with the ability to set strategies and break them into action and execution.
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language.
