D2C online content manager to BSH Home Appliances
Your responsibilities
In the new role as D2C online content manager, you have the responsibility for the website e-shop. You will be part of a highly dedicated web team, work in close collaboration with the D2C department, and perform the day-today business and drive projects linked to analysis, SEO, conversion optimization and customer journey. You will optimize content and implement sales activities on the websites to create growth through new customer acquisition and returning customers. Your tasks will include:
• Responsibility of website e-shop and the daily maintenance such as SEO, optimizing product information and content on the product pages, implementing new content, landing pages and functionality.
• Proactively develop and implement sales activities
• Responsible for follow up on website performance and customer experience metrics, optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting improvements to achieve sales growth
• Oversee and execute A/B tests to improve conversions, revenue and overall customer experience
• Together with the D2C and marketing team, set a strategy for the digital communication towards the customer through e.g. newsletters, onsite, search ads, social media etc.

Your profile
Background & skills
• Solid work experience with e-commerce and content management
• Technical understanding of e-commerce platforms, experience with First Spirit is an advantage
• Analytic mindset and knowledge in tools such as e.g. Adobe Analytics
• Experience of working sales-focused and conversion-driven
• Experience and knowledge in SEO and CRO
Personality
• You are a person that takes initiative, sees opportunities and with a team-player mindset.
• Can effectively collaborate in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and native in a Nordic language with great written skills. Danish language skills is an advantage.
