YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the new role as D2C Operations manager, you have the overall coordinating responsibility of all D2C Operations in our region. You will work in close collaboration with our logistics department and warehouses as well as our customer care departments.
• End to end process owner of D2C operational processes. Set up processes for our D2C logistic processes together with our logistics, warehouse and customer care departments (returns, claims, services etc).
• Coordination of set up of new operational processes in new roll-outs and development of business.
• Proactively analyze operation performance and drive continues process improvements.
• Ensuring best in class consumer journey experience throughout order fulfillment.
• Escalation point and problem solver in operational hiccups.

YOUR PROFILE
Background & skills
• Solid background and knowledge in process improvements and project leadership within operational sales.
• Broad knowledge and deep understanding of the success-critical processes for D2C business, across functions such as consumer care, logistics, warehouse & marketing.
• Strong in driving process improvements – analyzing performance data and work with constant improvements.
• Hands on experience in an operative role within end consumer sales.
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language.
• Relevant degree.
Personality
• A collaborative team player, enjoying to connect with people of various background and jointly work on a sustainable implementation of what is best for the company and user.
• Experience from and thriving in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams.
• Hands on problem solving approach with the ability to get to root problems quickly gather information and set plans to into action and execution.
• Passion to build and develop the business along the consumer journey with digital solutions.
