D2C Pricing & Assortment manager to BSH Home Appliances
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the new role as D2C Pricing & Assortment manager, you have the overall responsibility of our direct to consumer assortment and pricing strategy from all our product fields in both Major and Small Domestic Appliances as well as our Spare parts & Accessories. You will work in close collaboration with our Product and Category managers in setting our product and price offering in all our end consumer channels through-out our region. This encompasses:
• Set up and execute process for aligning and building an attractive product offering with involved roles and departments.
• Analyze market, sales data and consumer behavior as basis for assortment offering strategy in all product fields.
• Daily maintenance of price levels and
• Act as the product specialist in the D2C team. Coordinate and ensuring product information flow and access for all d2c stakeholders.
• Forecasting P&L pricing impacts.
• Responsible for maintaining balanced stock levels by coordinating with planning and marketing on campaigns.

YOUR PROFILE
Background & skills
• Solid experience in product marketing.
• Broad knowledge and deep understanding of the success-critical processes for D2C business, across functions such as marketing, sales & consumer care.
• Strong in driving product offers and consumer experience through rapidly analyzing performance sales & traffic data and continuously implement actions on
• Passion to build and develop the business along the consumer journey with digital solutions.
• Relevant university degree.
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language.
Personality
• A collaborative team player, enjoying to connect with people of various background and jointly work on a sustainable implementation of what is best for the company and user.
• Experience from and thriving in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams.
• Hands on approach with the ability to set strategies and break them into action and execution.
