YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the new role as D2C Sales Operations Manager, you will work with the full e-commerce consumer journey. As our Sales Operations Manager you will play an important part in coordinating all elements needed to ensure that our consumers gets the right help and inspiration at the right time, from the first stages of creating awareness all the way through fulfillment and aftersales.

You will work in our small D2C team, ensuring fulfillment of our Swedish consumers’ needs and our sales performance by;


• Tracking performance of our Swedish sales, marketing and consumer behavior, creating sales reports and follow up Swedish sales KPI’s.
• Manage prices for our Swedish touchpoints according to our price steering model.
• Proactively analyze operation performance, continues driving improvements (NPS, Sales and Marketing), ensuring best in class consumer journey experience.
• Act as an escalation point & problem solver for the Swedish Call-center organization.
• Creation of CRM–emails and consumer information in cooperation with our Marketing manager.
• Ensuring that our Call center organization is up to date on all marketing communication and status of operation in Sweden.

YOUR PROFILE
Background & skills


• We believe that you have a background in e-commerce within Call center, sales, marketing or other relevant back office functions. Giving you hands on experience in an operative role within end consumer sales.
• Broad knowledge and deep understanding of the success-critical processes for D2C business, across functions such as consumer care, logistics, warehouse & marketing.
• Strong consumer focus with passion for problem solving and improving the consumer journey.
• Experience in analyzing performance data, NPS and / or sales in tools such as adobe/google analytics, focus feedback and ERP (SAP4) systems.
• Passion to build and develop the business along the consumer journey with digital solutions.
• Good knowledge in the office suit (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Relevant degree.

Personality


• A collaborative team player, enjoying to connect with people of various background and jointly work on a sustainable implementation of what is best for the company and user.
• Hands on problem solving approach with the ability to get to root problems quickly gather information and set plans to into action and execution.
• Fluent in English, ideally being proficient in a Nordic language.
