About the role

After significant success with the Swedish Ambassador Program, the Lifesum marketing team is now specializing further, and we are currently looking for another talent to join our team in Germany, Berlin.

As part of the Influencer marketing Team, we are now searching for a structured, multi-talented individual who is as passionate about social media as well as analyzing data, and hosting events. The team will focus on growing the ambassador's program globally and your part will be to get the ambassador program started in Germany, with the main focus in Berlin.

This will be a full-time consultant position preferably based in Berlin.

Responsibilities and what you will do

- In coordination with Lifesum’s Stockholm HQ, build a DACH ambassador program as a part of the global influencer marketing strategy
- Own day-to-day tasks of the ambassador program like scouting, signing, briefing, analyzing, etc., with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
- Manage campaign metrics and actively monitor KPIs to optimize results
- Scout and manage communication with external agencies/partners or marketing-tools
- Find trends in datasets and communicate with the influencer on how to improve
- Host events, order merchandise, and manage send-outs
- Create briefs and suggest qualified decisions based on current trends


Our influencer marketing team is very diverse and they’re constantly testing and experimenting with new things so the possibilities to learn new, and exciting things are truly great.

Are you the one we're looking for?

To be successful in this position we believe that you need

- 2+ years experience or higher education in communications, marketing, or event management. Experience in working with brand ambassadors is a huge plus
- High interest to learn and grow in your career
- Excellent English and German, both written and spoken
- Experienced in using excel and creating inspiring presentations
- Use social media like Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat and Tiktok regularly
- Strong social skills and have a local network of influencers within fitness and health
