What You’ll do at Qred

In the role as Customer Advisor, your most important task is to ensure that our customers receive the best advice and service when they contact Qred by phone or
email. It is essential that you are able to build trust and be able to understand the customer's needs and meet them at eye level.

In close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you as a Customer Advisor will be responsible for handling loan applications from existing and new customers. Risk and credit assessment will be taught to you by your colleagues and we will help you develop into the position.

- Communicating with customer by phone and email
- Assist new and existing business owners with their questions and concern
- Underwrite and provide business loans to small and medium sized businesses
- Warm calling different company types to offer them a business loan
- Contact and help late customers with their invoices
