Job Description:
As a danish customer service advisor, you will provide our customers with top-class support (both technical and administrative), via telephone, chat, and email. You will assist customers with installations and new settings of their terminals, troubleshoot reported issues, and be responsible for maintaining a good customer relationship.
Training: The training and onboarding period will take 4 to 6 weeks, starting with a 1-week initial training. This period will take place entirely in the office. There will also be an interactive buddy system where you will listen side-by-side with a colleague. After the training period, there will be a familiarization period, which will take place in the office, just like the training period.
Working hours: Current working hours on the project are from Monday to Friday between 08:00-20:00 and Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00. Shifts will be divided between these hours. Furthermore, you preferably have experience in a call center, strong communication/social skills with a positive attitude towards changes. A real team player with strong listening skills. And you are a service-minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
