Danish Customer Service Agent for I-gaming

Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment company based in Sweden but with a clear focus on the European job market.Our client is a Malta based I-gaming Company who due to the consistent success want to employ more Customer Support Representatives in their Malta office.You will be working towards the Danish market and your working languages will be Danish and English.It is important that applicants for this role are computer literate and are fluent with Excel, Internet and email applications.It is considered a plus if you are interested in sports in general and also have some knowledge of internet gaming such as on-line poker.Furthermore, applicants have to be professional, able to work in a team and enthusiastic for the job.The main tasks to be carried out by the Support Agent are: - To assist players via chat and email in Danish and English; - Check player profile and transactions; - Process some minor transactions; - Extract reports on a day to day basis; - Liaise with all Teams that form the operations; - Translate newsletters, etc.Applicants have to be prepared to work on shift basis, work nights, and during weekends and feast days.Our client will be offering some relocation assistance and also apply for work permits on your behalf.Private health insurance is included.
