Staples in Borås are now seeking for an Danish customer service employee.

Their products are available to customers through physical stores, telephone orders and their extensive range of online ordering.


Din profil

The work involves daily contact with customers through phone, email and live chat. Since much of the administration is done with the help of various IT tools, you should feel comfortable using the computer as one of your main tool. The pace may vary during the day, which requires that you have the ability to both work efficiently and make decisions quickly, without for that matter forget the details. As a person you are responsible and do your best to create a good customer relationship and provide a high level of service in all customer requests.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish. Are you also good in one of the other Nordic languages, it is clearly an advantage. We prefer that you have some sort of practical experience from the customer and/or retail services, and have the ability to communicate in a professional manner. In addition, we obviously put great emphasis on your language skills and personal suitability.

Interviews will be held continuously during the recruitment process.

Location: Borås
Hours: 8-17, full-time

Because the need is long term, it will be possible to get a permanent position after 6 months.
