Your Role: As a customer service employee, you’ll respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing top-notch support and solutions. This role includes various shifts and paid training to equip you for success!
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and provide excellent service.
Manage customer inquiries efficiently.
Meet KPIs for satisfaction and quality.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (local Cyprus time)
Who We're Looking For: We want sociable, ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have completed upper secondary school, be fluent in Danish and English, and have a clean criminal record.
