About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 9 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Goodyear.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities are to provide effective fleet customer and FOS (Fleet Online Solution) vendor support with regard to total partner satisfaction and smooth operation of FOS processes. You will be driving the Helpdesk process including handling of possible disputes, prioritizing queries and ensuring timely back-office support. Furthermore, you will be working closely together with the sales team to provide system and administrative support and you will also be supporting sales with customer calls, customer visits and provide advice for existing and new contracts.
In this role, you will also be a part of Goodyears Nordic TruckForce team, which is Goodyears dedicated Service Network. Your will take a crucial part to actively support the expansion and development of the network as well as enhancing the service level to, and by, our members. Your responsibility will be to act as the touchpoint to customers and sales regarding the TruckForce network and handle the administration that is connected to it.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Very good knowledge of English and Danish or Finnish, both spoken and written
• At least 2 years work experience of administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Good computer and system skills
