We are looking for a Social Media Consumer Specialist to join one of the world's leading FMCG companies. This is a consultancy opportunity, to cover a paternal leave. This means it’s a little unclear when/how you’ll work, but likely is that you will working in February 2021 and work 50% for approximately 3 months.

The position is originally based out of our client’s office in Stockholm, although because of the current circumstances in the world, you will start working 100% remotely from home.

Please keep in mind that in the near future we might need to have the whole team based physically in Stockholm.

About the role 

As the Social Media Consumer Specialist, you act as an expert when it comes to the consumers and their behavior on social media platforms. You drive execution and tracking to the next level by being proactive in the way the company works with social media. You are responsible for monitoring the social media platforms, posting organic content, engaging in conversations with the consumers, answering to all comments and messages, and escalating any issues to the appropriate internal/client teams. This position includes daily contact with brand builders and agencies, giving them input on community response on the uploaded content. You will also be the one implementing the social media strategy created by brand builders or agencies. 

Responsibilites 

Acting as an administrator for the company’s social media communities
Responding to all consumer questions and interactions on the social media platforms
Handling and registering all consumer complaints 
Qualifications   

Fluent in Danish OR Norwegian, both written and spoken. Skills/fluency in Swedish is a huge bonus
Professional working proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills and you express yourself well in writing
Experience from working in a consumer service role (preferably on social media)
