YOUR ROLE
In your role as a customer service representative, you will work for the Nordic region's most popular streaming service, Viaplay. You will handle all of Viaplay's digital channels, such as calling customers, email, social media and chat. Your task will be to provide customers with expert help in these areas. You get a lot of responsibility, but are never left without support, thanks to the strong team spirit and high commitment from both colleagues and managers.

We want you to have a genuine interest in working with people, are clear in your communication and have an easy time adapting to the customer's different needs and moods.
In addition to this, we would like you to be:
Fluent in English in speech and writing
Fluent in Danish in speech and writing
That you are over 18 years old and have a high school education is a requirement

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6-month probationary period

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
You do not need to send us a CV. After you have filled in your application via our website, you will receive an email with 4 tests which is the first step in our selection process. Upon passing the test, the next step is another test, a language test. In an approved language test, the third step is a telephone interview.
