Your new workspace:
You will be working in an international team spread across three different countries. You have the option to work in our bright offices in Taastrup, along with the local cash office, or work from home. Your immediate manager is located in Sweden, but you will have continuous daily contact with the rest of the international team within the 2nd line support.
About the position:
As a 2nd line support, you assist colleagues working on the 1st line by answering questions and handling more technically advanced and time-consuming cases. You work with in-depth technical troubleshooting related to networks, firewall settings, POS settings, and much more. In addition to support work, you also participate in the overall effort to improve the customer experience by reviewing procedures, working proactively by creating FAQs, training colleagues, and other initiatives. In this position there will be additional tasks that we believe you will handle with commitment and drive - always with the end customer in mind.
You will be part of the operations team therefore getting involved in a lot of questions outside of your normal day-to-day business.
Preferred profile:
Fluent in Danish and English.
Strong technical interest
Several years of work experience in technical support, e.g. networks, payment devices, IT, etc. preferably in a 2nd line role
Very comfortable using phone and email as primary tools
Good knowledge of systems
As a person, it is important that you are customer-oriented, collaborative with colleagues, and engaged in the launch of Loomis Pay. In an expansion phase, a flexible approach to work is required, and in addition to support work, you see added value in developing support services. You are customer- and solution-oriented, communicative, structured, and a helpful team player. Finally, we believe that you are sociable and humble, as Loomis values a pleasant work environment and mutual support.
Practical information:
Employment: Full-time position, permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8-16 (hybrid is partly possible, you need to be at the office 2 times/month and also need to be flexible to come to the office in a short notice if needed)
Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
Start: According to agreement
Location: Taastrup
