About the position
Perido is looking for a Danish speaking Chargeback Officer for our client, one of the major players in the Nordic banking world. You will be a part of the team with representants of all the Nordic languages. The purpose of the job is to create security for the customers so that they are comfortable using the company’s products. This assignment is based at the modern office just north of central Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will be managing private clients of the company. You and your team have a daily meeting where you review all the incoming cases. You split the cases within the group, some more challenging than others.
Handle fraud and dispute errands for the card holders and do chargebacks when possible
Be updated on network rules regarding fraud, disputes, and chargebacks
Answer questions regarding fraud and disputes
Increase and develop the dispute process and make it more efficient
Occasionally participate in projects

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a structured and responsible person. You are comfortable with detective-like tasks and like to rise to the challenge of finding small details in the systems. You are team-oriented and want to contribute to developing and perfecting the work process. To fit in well with the rest of the team, we see that you like sharing ideas and knowledge with your colleagues.

Requirements
Upper secondary school degree
You comprehend Swedish
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Danish and English

Meritorious
Post-secondary education within economics or law
Previous experience within banking/finance

Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment until March 2023. Start during April 2022.
