We are looking for Danish-speaking Coach to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits: 
- Full time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Thursday 09:00-18:30 including 30 min lunch
- Salary 23 280 euros gross/year + up to 4000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you’ll experience with us
As a Danish-speaking Coach in our team, you will:
- Ensure agents are engaged, efficient and equipped with the tools they need to achieve results
- Carry out limited coaching sessions to produce the best possible results.
- Participate in relevant meetings, training courses and briefings
- Provide statistical and quality feedback to the individual employee
- Hold competitions or other "events" to streamline projects and motivate agents
- Communicate goals and results to agents
- Prepare and conduct 1-2-1 and briefings on the projects
We’ll be a great match if you:

- Have a native or bilingual level of Danish and advanced English
- Have experience with telemarketing and preferably a year or two as a manager or coach
- Thrive on being "on the floor" with your employees rather than acting as an administrator
- Are outgoing and dare to take the lead
- Possess a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit
- Can function as part of a group that is united in creating results
- Manage to act on your own and take personal responsibility
- Have a passion for creating results and developing sales skills
- Have a desire to identify what can be done better - and seek out this improvement
- Like things to go fast and you thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Have experience with Microsoft Office, such as Excel
