Danish Speaking Customer Care Agent, part-time

We are looking for Danish speaking customer care agents to our client in Sweden to work in their customer support team within e-commerce. The employment will start ASAP with a 3 month contract + good possibility of extension. You can choose if you want to work remotely or at the office in Stockholm, Gävle or Skellefteå.

 

The role: You will be working in a team which is handling customer service for one of the most popular meal-kit providers in several countries. You will be in contact with Danish speaking customers through phone, e-mail, and chat. It will involve helping customers for example with questions regarding their delivery and products. You will be working approximately 20 hours per week but if you are interested, there may be the possibility to extend that to full-time later on.

 

Your profile: You are customer service oriented.
You are stress tolerant and frequent task switching isn’t a problem for you.
You speak and write fluently in Danish.
You speak and write fluently in English.
You have basic IT skills
You don’t need previous experience but if you have been working in a similar role before it’s a plus.
