We are looking for Danish speaking customer care agents to our client to work in their customer support team. The employment will start ASAP and you have the possibility to work part-time or full-time.

 

The role: You will be in contact with Danish speaking customers through phone, e-mail, and chat. It will involve helping customers with their questions and giving them a good customer service experience. The working hours are right now quite flexible so please let us know in your application how many hours and when you could work.

 

Your profile: You are customer service oriented.
You are stress tolerant and frequent task switching isn’t a problem for you.
You speak and write fluently in Danish.
You speak and write fluently in English.
You have basic IT skills
You don’t need previous experience but if you have been working in a similar role before it’s a plus.
