We want to provide our customers with top quality service, quick responses and creative solutions. We are growing quickly and are looking to strengthen our Customer Happiness team. In this role you will be a key figure in our continued expansion across Europe, contributing to starting up our service in Denmark. This is your opportunity to join the Sellpy journey as a Customer Happiness Hero.



What is a Customer Happiness Hero at Sellpy?

As a Customer Happiness Hero, you will mainly work with our Danish customers and website. This involves supporting our customers via email, chat, telephone and handling ongoing translation work.

You have an important role in understanding what our customers think and feel about Sellpy as a service. This is very valuable so that customers feedback can result in real improvement within the company. You also have the opportunity to greatly influence Sellpy's development going forward as a sustainable retailer, sales service and tech company.



You’re a skilled and fast writer with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Danish and English. Spoken and written Swedish skills would be an advantage in this role but not necessarily a requirement. Experience in customer support is also something we value highly.



You are expected to:

- Have excellent Danish and English language skills

- Be a great communicator and handle customers with confidence

- Be able to structure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Have the ability to actively analyze different situations and identify the best course of action

- Feel driven by finding solutions

- Get involved and show interest in our customers and being a part of Sellpy’s journey on becoming a top quality customer service provider
