About the job
The assignment is located at a Dutch company that sells iron wire and iron fibers. In the role, you will take care of the Danish market and work with managing customer relationships and manage customer orders. Therefor it is required that you speak Danish on a native level.
The contact with the customer will be both from incoming and outgoing calls. You will analyse inquiries and specifications from the customer and prepare and send quotes to the customer and you ensure that all quotes are followed up within the agreed time frame after quotation.
Your job description includes the following
* Pass customer inquiries that can not be dealt with satisfactorily to External Sales or Sales Management
* Take daily contact with external sales and update them about any developments relevant to their accounts
* Keep a proactive contact with both existing and potential customers and update all customer events in the internal CRM system which is required by sales management
* Maximize sales by constantly expanding orders and selling during all incoming and outgoing calls
* Manage and maintain price list, discounts, bonus agreements
* Prepare all necessary information such as price lists, product data or any customer information to support external sales
* Ensure all sales orders received are entered into the SAP system timely and accurately
Sends to customer order confirmation once the sales order is confirmed by the planner in the production plants
* Follow up delivery versus shipment dates, trigger actions to ensure timely shipments and inform customers in advance of late deliveries
* Manage the sales process for resolving the postponement or cancellation of orders. Ensure such matters are expedited speedily, and the information in SAP is accurate and up to date
* Follow up stock levels in the different warehouses and take appropriate actions to minimize obsolete material. Manage the stock level and take care materials are taken on time
* Follow up customer payments, check credit limits, try to resolve and report overdue payments to External sales
* Register, process and follow up customer claims, build up an accurate and complete file before submitting. Ensure customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, escalate such matters to External Sales or Sales Management
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an outgoing person who thrives in a social job. You have great communication skills and speak Danish on a native level and you also have good language skills in Swedish and English. It is strongly meritorious if you have previous experience in a similar job and it is important that you thrive in a job where you work with sales and customer relations.
knowledge in SAP is required.
