Danish speaking customer service.

We are looking for a Danish speaking customer service employee to our office in Sveg. The client is a company in the technical area and your mission,should you choose to accept it, will be to take calls and help customers with various questions about the clients products.

We require that you have Danish as your native language or talk the language fluently. We also require very good English skills, both spoken and written. If you speak Swedish it´s a plus. If you have have good experience from customer service work, as well as good technical knowledge, when it comes to mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc. it is a plus but not necessary since we have internal educations for the position.

As a person you are service minded and think that excellent customer service should go up to 11, you enjoy working in a fast pace and you have passion to learn new things. We work in teams so it is important that you are a good team player, take responsibility and are punctual. Further, you are used to work with computers and find it easy to learn new systems.

The job is full time.
