This service is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by BGA Group AB.

BGA Group AB is a rapidly growing e-commerce company that conducts sales activities with most of Europe as a market. They specialize in picture frames and mirrors, with over 20,000 unique products in their range. Their customer service currently consists of 10 employees who serve their customers in a total of 8 languages. Their office is located in Gävle, but the work can be performed remotely.
Arbetsuppgifter:
As a customer service representative, you help customers with their incoming questions via chat, email and phone. The questions can vary in scope and complexity but concern questions such as orders, product information, payments and deliveries.
Furthermore, you capture customers' opinions and contribute yourself with suggestions for improvement to further develop the business.
• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers
• Find solutions to customers' problems
• Receive feedback and find areas for improvement
Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:
• You speak and write fluently in Danish
• You have previous experience of customer service work
• Qualifying with experience in sales
• Qualifying with fluent knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, French, German, English or Spanish
As a person, you are attentive and accommodating. You always focus on the customer and strive to deliver solutions that contribute to satisfied customers. You show this with your ability to work advisory in the customer dialogue and always do the little extra for the customer. As oral and written communication is a big part of your role, it is important that you are easy to express yourself well. You have a large vocabulary and are good at expressing yourself informatively and clearly. Furthermore, you contribute with ideas and new perspectives, you have an interest in learning new things and testing new approaches. You find it stimulating to constantly be involved and contribute to improvements of processes and routines. As a person, you see opportunities in change and do not fear new challenges. In addition, you thrive in a dynamic organization where changes often take place.
