Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role of customer service representative, you will be part of a service team consisting of 8 people who together support the Nordic market. Your role involves receiving incoming calls and orders via email and phone from corporate customers within the Danish building materials trade, registering these in the administrative system and following up on deliveries. In addition, you will also support internal salespeople with information and administration for your common customers. An important part of your role is advising and guiding customers to the right product choice, so you will receive a thorough introduction to the company's product range at the beginning of your employment.

• Administration and system usage
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Previous experience in customer support, service and/or administration
• Very good knowledge of Danish and English in both spoken and written
• Good computer and system skills, experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage
