Job description

Do you communicate fluently in Danish, both spoken and written? Then we at Randstad Gothenburg may soon have the next assignment for you!
We are now looking for a Danish-speaking customer service representative for exciting new assignments in Gothenburg.
As a customer service representative, you will mainly work with incoming inquiries from customers via phone, chat, and email. You will be a central point of contact for customers, focusing on communication and follow-up. An important part of the job is offering customers tailored solutions to their requests.

Responsibilities
The tasks include, among other things:
Ongoing work with handling customer feedback.
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Following up and ensuring that customer requests and issues are resolved satisfactorily.


Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Is fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.
Has experience in customer service or similar.
Has an interest in working and communicating with people.
Is proficient in using computers.
Has a high school diploma.
