We are searching for a driven and dedicated customer service agent that will work with the Danish market. This is a recruitment which means that Studentwork will be responsible for the recruitment process but you will be employed directly by our client. Our client is one of the Nordics largest e-commerce companies for promotional products and are already selling in six European countries. The headquarter is located in central Stockholm and it’s a fast-growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit.



Worktasks
As a customer service agent with our client you will be responsible for communicating with their Finish customers both over the phone and via e-mail. When you are communicating with the customers you will do so with the incentive to build good relationships with their customers and give the customers that extra service when you help them with their order in a safe and easy manner. The position has a focus on sales and you will have an ongoing dialog with suppliers around Europe. The position requires an ability to exceed the customer’s expectations, responsibility and problem solving. It’s a full-time position and the working hours are 08:00 – 16:30

Your profile
We are looking for you with service and/or sales experience, if you’ve had a similar position in the past that’s great but it’s not a requirement. Personality wise we are searching for a person that is service minded, dedicated and has an interest in sales. You also work with focus on quality and you thrive while working with sales goals. You are used to working with computers and is comfortable with commuting with the customers over the phone. Your skills in English and Danish are very good, speaking Swedish is not a requirement for this position.
