Danish speaking Customer Service agent

Xzakt Kundrelation is now looking for Danish-speaking customer service stars! Are you the one we are looking for?

You will be working for a a global player in food and cooking, offering ready-made ingredients and recipes delivered straight to your door to people all over the world.

In this role, you will help customers in Denmark primarily by phone, but also via email and chat with their questions about the services and products.

To succeed in this role, you need to:

- Be very confident in the Danish language in both vocal and written, ie also good written communication
- Able to multi task. Sometimes a lot happens and many customers need our help at the same time.
- Be solution-oriented and flexible. New challenges always arise and the days are never the same and our customers' expectations and experiences always place new and difficult demands that we must solve.


Opening hours for this project are:

Monday - Sunday, 08.00-22.00

This project starts mid-July
