Are you looking for an exciting job in customer service at the Nordic region's fastest growing e-commerce company in health food?
PROTEIN.DK is now looking for a new Proteinbabe to the team who is a customer service talent that can match our customers' expectations.

Tasks
The customer service's main tasks are to help customers via chat, email and phone.
You will help to answer questions about the products, payments and deliveries but also report issues to the other departments like IT and Marketing and in some cases help with translations of easier documents.

Your profile

You have native language skills both spoken and written (any other Scandinavian language are a merit) in danish, are passionate about customer service and providing a first class service should be a given for you.
You are structured and have a strong ability to prioritize in stressful situations.
We at PROTEIN are doers with a high work capacity - we execute our plans and reach our goals.
Do you also possess great communication skills, are fast at the keyboard and have a great attitude to teamwork, we'll teach you the rest you need to know!

Start: Immediately

Scope: The employment is part time ( 60%) between Sundays - Fridays (day and evening shifts).
For the right person, there is opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
