About the position
Here at Perido we are now looking for a Danish-speaking customer service employee for our customer who is a major player in the automotive industry. This position is in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
In this customer service role, you will be the public face of the company to the outside world and communicate directly with customers in Danish with a high level of service mind. The questions are received by phone, chat or e-mail and are followed by administration for the customer management process. You will be the link between the company, the customers, and the supplier on a global level. Therefore, you are also responsible for maintaining a good customer experience by working with continuous improvements of processes and tools to increase quality and efficiency. It is important to constantly identify, propose and conduct activities with other stakeholders to further develop how to communicate with consumers.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a high level of service and who possess a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues. You have a very good ability to work together, are a great team player and as a person you are solution-oriented, results-driven and have high integrity. As has already been stated, you have communications skills in Danish, and it is a small plus if you are interested in the car industry.
