About the position:
In this service, you will work as a customer service employee for an international GAMING company. Your job will consist of helping customers both by phone and email. You will answer questions about the game console, subscriptions, simple technical questions and payments. The most important task is to give the customer a good experience and leave them with a positive feeling.
No sales are included in this role.

Qualifications
To be successful in this job you will need to:
Speak Danish fluently and in writing
Able to speak and write English
Have good computer skills
Have an interest in Gaming
If you have previous experience with customer service or support, it is an advantage.
To thrive in this role and working environment, you also have good communication skills, the ability to multitask and see yourself as a team player who wants to develop yourself.
