Danish speaking customer service representative wanted!

We are now looking to expand our crew with a Danish speaking to Synsam's customer service!

About the client and what we seek

Synsam is a well established brand in the optics industry in Scandinavia,and the biggest brand on the market in Sweden! They provide good quality products and their customer service is expected to keep the same good quality. Therefore we are now searching for you who takes service seriously, loves interacting with people through phone and email and wants to make someone else's day a little easier! As a person you are probably calm and mature, have a natural interest in helping others anda competitive mindset.

What you will do

Your every day assignments will include inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from Synsam’s customers, helping them solve errands regarding product questions and subscriptions. Your task is to help the customer to satisfaction and to keep them as a customer to Synsam by providing helpful solutions.



Opening hours

Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 19.00

Saturday: 10.00 - 15.00



Qualifications

Danish language, fluent

English language, very good

Gymnasium/high school graduation

Experience from customer service/ telemarketing or similar is creditable
