We are currently looking for customer success agents that want to be a part of our hyper-fast growing company. Responsibilities
Have daily contact with customers through email or chat
Support customers with orders, payments or general questions
Communicate and support store-pickers and riders within the company
Obtain and communicate customers feedback to further develop internal processes

Requirements
Service minded - you love to help customers and have a positive outlook on the different challenges you may face
Result oriented - you are a person who likes problem solving and always strives to find solutions
Fluent in Danish, Swedish and English
We consider it a great advantage if you can communicate in Finish and Norwegian.
Can communicate well through email and chat services
We consider it an advantage if you have previous work experience within service
