Merchant Support´s mission is to provide a premium service to all e-stores cooperating with Klarna. The team is providing e-stores with administrative and technical support. The communication with the e-stores is done through email and over the phone.
As a Merchant Support Agent for Denmark you will provide our merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. You will be working in the Nordic team which is based in Klarna HQ in Stockholm. Together we will create a long-lasting and close relation to our merchants by giving them world-class service.
Success in this role means being a dedicated team member who inspires others through your work and personality. Your excellent service is a result of your will to always go the extra mile.
We are looking for you who bring positivity and team-spirit to our Merchant Support-team. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by set goals, both individually and in the team, are evident for you. You speak and write Danish fluently.
