About the company
Spirax Sarco is a global, listed company with employees worldwide. The Swedish office in the southern parts of Stockholm currently employs around fifteen people. On their behalf, we are now looking for another colleague as a Danish speaking order administrator, are you the one we are looking for?
Your role
In this role as a Danish speaking order administrator, your duties will mainly consist of.
- Receive orders primarily by email and answer phone inquiries
- Manage and administer orders in the business system
- Contact with suppliers and administer deliveries
- Contact with warehouses and logistics companies regarding deliveries
You will primarily work with the company's Danish customers and colleagues. But you will also work towards the whole of the nordic region and also work in both swedish and english.
Start: October/November
Extent: Full time, the role is initially a 12-month consulting hire with the possibility of extension.
Working hours: 8.00am-17:00pm with the possibility of flex time.
Location: Solna, Stockholm.
Your qualifications
In this role, we are looking for you who are independent, forward and service minded. You want to constantly evolve and are not afraid to make mistakes on your path of learning. You enjoy customer contact through email and telephone and at the same time like administrative work. You have very good knowledge of Danish and English and it´s an advantage if you are fluent in the Swedish language. We see it also an advantage if you have a high school education or if you have worked in a similar role before. We are happy to see that you have a technical interest.
