Your role

As a Product Specialist, your responsibility will be to train and coach your colleagues with your product knowledge, in profitability, quality and you will provide support with improvements. Your tasks will also include focusing on developing your team's quality results effectively, supporting your colleagues by listening to calls and making action plans towards improvements.


The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting and following up measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.




About you
We are looking for a Product Specialist who will work for our partner, who is a well-known partner in the corporate market.
As a person you are educational and driven, you have the ability to train and coach and your colleagues. You can maintain focus, be able to prioritize and structure your tasks. Further you have a high level of commitment, a will to achieve results and take responsibility for the team. You have a solution-oriented perspective with an innovative mind.
Competence requirements:
You speak and write fluently in Danish
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Good technical understanding in general
Experience in conducting trainings & supporting others improvement
Have high personal energy

Employment conditions
Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00
Employment rate: 100%
Employment: Placed in Malaga, Spain
Start date: 19 march
