We are looking for a Danish Speaking Project Administrator for an international company in the Wind Industry. Location is Stockholm, start ASAP, 2 years contract to begin with.

Description:
Project Administration Team provides administrative support to projects with the Offshore Wind portfolio from Market Development to Construction and Operations & Maintenance Projects.
You will be allocated to the Vesterhav project, where you will perform your tasks on a daily basis, reporting to the Project Management Officer. You will follow project governance processes and standards to ensure the smooth and timely running of administrative tasks in the project.
You will also be part of the Project Administration Team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes, standards and templates and sharing best practices.

Tasks:
• Admin support to the Project Management Officer
• Meeting, event and calendar management.
• Recording minutes and actions.
• Preparing reports, presentations and project documents.
• Managing phone and email enquiries from co-owners.
• On/offboarding project team members.
• Maintaining distribution lists and organisation charts
• Sharepoint site management.
• Document management and storage.
• Managing Purchase orders and invoices.
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills:
• Advanced skills in:
- MS Office, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint
- SAP finance and procurement
- Advanced Danish
- Business English
• Good understanding of processes, standards and templates
• Good communication skills
• Managing stakeholders
• Understanding of large scale construction projects.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm, 2 years contract to begin with, start ASAP!
