Hays seeks Danish speaking Recruitment Advisor for Bombardier (UK & Nordic Region) with location in Västerås, Sweden or in Derby, UK.With the implementation of Shared Services Centres delivering Human Resources Services to a wide network of HR Business Partners, we are looking for an individual who will conduct staffing assignments for all kind of roles in the UK & Nordic Region.Role description: Reporting to the Recruitment Leader for the region, the Recruitment Advisor will deliver the full scope of staffing services to the various Divisions / Functions in the area covered.He/she will recruit for various levels of position located in different sites in the region.-To act as the single point of contact for HR Business Partners from the early beginning of a search (needs clarification, sourcing strategy development) to the hiring of the selected candidate (offer signature & induction).- Implement sourcing strategy and conduct sourcing activities in collaboration with internal and / or external resources - Prescreen and preselect candidates to build a short list of candidates.- Present the preselected candidates to HR Business Partners and/or Hiring Managers with supporting arguments and then coordinate the face-to-face interviews - Coordinate the final selection process (assessment, tests, reference checks, offer etc) - Ensure that the induction program is properly developed and managed In addition, the Recruitment Advisor will manage the interface with external suppliers (agencies, media, etc) to ensure that they understand our needs and that they positively and advantageously represent us.Qualifications: The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: .University Degree . Experienced in recruiting at international level.. Excellent knowledge of best-in-class sourcing methods . Excellent communication and organisational skills .
