Danish Speaking Social Media Customer Advisor

MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Are you good at expressing yourself in writing and have a strong sense of customer service? Are you fluent in Danish and comfortable with Norwegian? MultiMind is now looking for a Danish speaking Social Media Customer Advisor to one of our clients with start in September. This is a consultancy opportunity starting with a 6-month contract with the possibility for an extension.

 
About the Role: In this job you will be handling the company’s social media channels. You will be responsible for posting content on the Danish social media channels, as well as being a moderator on Facebook/Instagram and answering customers comments and questions.



Your Profile: To fit in this role we believe that you are self-going and communicative with a strong sense of service. We also see that you are/have:

-        Good at expressing yourself in writing

-        Fluent in Danish and comfortable with Norwegian

-        Fluent in Swedish

-        Previous experience working with Customer Service and a plus if you also have a background in Social Media, Marketing or Communication.
