Our client is a marked leading company in the electronic entertainment business.Their European head office is located in Dublin, Ireland and they are now looking for a Technical support agent who are fluent in Danish and/or Swedish to join their Scandinavian team.The role: To support customers (retailers/end-users) through the provision of a professional service to resolve technical queries and requests.The main focus is always on accuracy and quality, to give customers a first time resolution.You will also be required to promote and sell our Clients range of products towards end users. Main responsibilities are to: . Troubleshoot customer queries . Take problem ownership and make sure that customers receive a high quality service at all times.. Assist in producing content for internal and external use, such as knowledgebase.. Schedule your own day to meet targets .Further your own expertise using a variety of tools such as product testing, internet sources, manuals, training etc..Actively promote products.We are looking for someone who would be willing to re-locate to Dublin, Ireland - or someone who are currently living in Ireland.It is required that you have excellent telephone skills with a customer focused personality.You are flexible, cheerful and positive and have an interest in problem solving.You have a genuine interest in technology and certifications such as MCP and A+ would be a distinguished advantage but are not required as internal education is provided.You are a experienced computer user with good skills in MS Office and preferably Lotus Notes.Fluency in Danish and/or Swedish with a good level of English is required.
