Swedish Recruitment is an agency focusing on recruiting Nordic speakers for the European job market.We have been working in trans border recruitment since 2006.Our client is a market leading company selling speciality items for office and advertising needs.The Telesales / Customer Service Agent role is a combination of Tele sales and Customer Service and will require you to be flexible and able to switch between incoming and outgoing call.One of your most important goals is to establish a long term relationship with customers.The successful candidate will work from the office in Ireland, but you will be dealing mainly with Danish customer by phone.Tasks: * Answering calls in relation to: o Sample product requests, General information on products, Placing a telephone order (entering order on line), Order lead times, Order status, Goods not matching original order.Shipping issues (tracing orders; returns pick up etc.), Finance queries, (processing payments, invoice / statement queries) * To call existing customers and generate increased sales * Administrate orders.* Upselling mail orders * Manage and maintain accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets * Make sure that customers receive brochures and product samples on time when requested.* Participate in product related projects as required.Requirements: * Professional telephone manner * Some (0-1 year) Previous experience within a sales /Customer Service environment * Be sales driven and able to identify sales opportunities * Computer literate * Posses good communication and problem solving skills * Be a team player Hours of work 39, 5 hours per week - Day shift Salary EUR421 / week Duration Permanent Interviews will be by phone and the company will assist the successful candidate with relocation and help getting settled in to the Irish system.We look forward to reading your CV!Du kan även ansöka direkt via vår hemsida: http://www.swedishrecruitment.com
