Danish speaking Travel Agent - relocation to Cyprus

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Role: Danish speaking Travel Agent
Salary: basic 1350 euro net p/m plus 250 euro p/m potential performance bonus - you do not pay income tax but you will pay 10% on social services (which includes healthcare (therefore net monthly salary around 1215 euro p/m)
Relocation: when relocating from outside of Cyprus, there will be a relocation package offered which includes: Company apartment for 1st month, flight tickets reimbursed up to €250 (after 2-3 weeks approx), or instead of the above paid €700 (to be discussed with company) paid at end of first month worked

The Company
Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently have 70 offices in over 23 countries. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful port city on the south coast of Cyprus in Larnaca, they are looking to recruit Danish speaking travel agents to join their travel agency project

The Role
As a Danish speaking Travel Agent you will be working just a short stroll from the beach! You will be the first point of contact for customer via inbound calls and will advice them in relation to holiday bookings as well as any add on services such as car rental. Furthermore you will answer queries in relation to a variety of issues e.g. lost luggage, insurance queries etc. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.

Requirements
Fluent Danish and English
Previous Customer service experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task

Salary and benefits
Competitive monthly net salary package of 1215 euro p/m plus performance related bonuses. Fully paid training is provided.
