Travel Claims and Accident & Health Handler
Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department as a A&H and Travel Claims Handler located in Stockholm.

As a Travel Claims handler, you will handle travel related claims. Communication with customers by telephone and email is a major part of the claims handling process. Claims handling includes receiving and registering claims, investigate them and pay out compensation. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Danish claims handling and also be part of the team with the handling of Swedish claims and customer service. The working hours vary, and you might be scheduled to work evenings on a regular basis.

When needed you will independently handle different kind of A&H claims in the most effective, proactive and efficient way whilst delivering excellent claims service supporting both the customer and Zurich. Investigate and evaluate policy coverage, liability, represent the insured and negotiate with the claimant. You will communicate with all stakeholders, such as customers, brokers, claimants, experts, underwriters, and claims colleagues.


Qualification & competencies:
· Service minded with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
· Communicative and flexible
· Accurate in your work
· Experience within the insurance market is a plus
· Fluent in Danish, and solid Swedish as well as English skills
· Additional verbal and/or written knowledge in another Nordic language would be a valuable asset
