For our Client, a service company in Poole, Dorset, we are recruiting several Danish speaking support agents.You will be joining a multinational team providing support for a well known mobile phone supplier where you will answer incoming queries from Danish customers via e-mail and phone.The Support Agent is responsible for providing customer with first class service regarding issues of both technical and non-technical nature and to escalate and follow up in accordance with company policy. You will be a member of a multinational team where there is a positive atmosphere and outgoing team members.You like new challenges and enjoy meeting new people.You have a solid understanding of customer care and you are good at providing information to both customers and colleges.
