Modis Life Science is looking for a danish speaking Customer Service Representative to a pharmaceutical company located in Solna. This is consulting assignment, initially for 6 month. Planned start is ASAP, so please send your application right away!
About the assignment:
• Order handling for all types, follow up and coordination
• Handle Returns
• Invoicing and credits
• Corrective Action Reporting of all damaged good, warehouse mistakes and transportation errors.
• Respond to customer requests coming in via phone and e-mail
• E-order handling and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain good customer relations
• Work together with the sales representatives to give our customers the best service
• Respect and work within the J&J Business Conduct Policy and the J&J Credo and represent J&J in a professional and ethical way in all situations
Requirements:
• Minimum of high school education.
• Fluent in Danish and Swedish, Swedish written and spoken
• Good knowledge in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge in any other Nordic language is an advantage
• System and computer knowledge (order system, supplier systems, Office etc).
• Positive mindset and attitude
• Teamwork oriented approach
• Takes ownership of his/her work
• Service minded
