Aurobay is looking for a Data Analysis Engineer. As a Data Analysis Engineer, you will be a part of the Durability testing team and collaborate with the complete Analysis & Verification section as well as cross functional in other sections at Research & Development at Aurobay. You will have a key role within the Analysis & Verification section for measurement data evaluation and management. There is a lot of opportunities to develop in the role, since you will be able to create a big network and have the possibility to get new knowledge in both testing and CAE (Computer Aided Engineering). This will also make it possible to develop in a leader role, more product knowledge in engine and hybrid systems and create new efficient solutions. Be a part of our journey!
What will you do?
As Data Analysis Engineer, you will be part of the section Analysis & Verification section. The group is called Durability Testing and includes two teams, one team focusing on engine durability verification testing and one team working with hybrid test object planning, specification, order of test objects and coordination. The Durability testing team is responsible of verifying the complete hybrid engine/system form.
As a Data Analysis Engineer, you will have the responsibility of leading data management and evaluation at Analysis & Verification section within R&D. You will lead and develop the data analysis tools and evaluation needs to get the best out of measurement data results within the fields of durability, mechanical function, and performance testing. Testing is performed in rig and vehicle environment.
You will be part of the Durability testing group and work widely cross the section involving testing and CAE. In addition, you will have a close collaboration with calibration and diagnostics data analysis team within R&D.
The role is key in the product development process to get test results and optimize the output of measurement data.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe you have a MSc in mechanical engineering, vehicle, data science or similar, with at least, 1-2 years of experience of data management and programming.
- Python, Matlab, Sympathy for Data, or other experience from programming
- Knowledge in control systems
- Experience of development testing and/or powertrain development is meritious
You like communication, and are a curious person with high integrity, loyalty, systematical and agile thinking. You are self-driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
